Why it exists

Paper warranties do not scale past one product line

Every product that ships with a paper warranty card creates the same problem: the card gets filled in by a dealer or installer, faxed, scanned, re-keyed by HQ staff. Finding any specific installation later - for a recall, a complaint, end-of-life parts planning - means calling the dealer and waiting.

For a brand shipping thousands of units a year, the cost is senior-staff time, traceability gaps and the inability to act on field data. We built the platform to solve this once, for any product category - and we have been running it in production for global brands since 2019.

Field-staff iOS & Android app

Installers and dealers register a warranty on the spot - product serial, customer details, installation photos. Offline-capable, syncs when the connection comes back. No paper, no faxes.

Dealer & HQ web admin

Search, filter and export every installation across the country in seconds. Role-based access for dealers (own installations only) and HQ staff (full network). Built for daily operational use, not quarterly reports.

Digital manual vault & CMS integration

Optional extension that attaches digital instruction manuals, care guides and serviceable parts directly to each registered unit. Integrates with TYPO3, WordPress or your existing CMS so end-customers can self-serve.

Dashboards & sales data

Real-time dashboards across product lines, regions and dealers - units sold, active warranties, claim rates, failure trends. Filter by anything, export to CSV, schedule weekly reports straight to HQ inboxes.

End-customer warranty lookup

End-customers check their own warranty status by serial number or registration email - no account, no login. Cuts inbound support calls and proves coverage on demand when they need it.

Repair & shipping cost estimates

Built-in cost calculator with current parts pricing and shipping zones. Dealers quote on the spot using HQ-approved rates; customers see a transparent estimate before authorising the work - no back-and-forth, no surprises.

Deployment

Live in 6 to 8 weeks - paper kept running in parallel

  1. 1 Setup & digitisation 3-4 weeks Your existing paper warranty cards are cloned into digital forms; product catalogue is loaded; staff accounts provisioned.
  2. 2 Test phase 3-4 weeks A pilot subset of stores runs the system alongside paper. Real warranties go through both; we fix anything that surfaces before broad rollout.
  3. 3 Live rollout Network-wide Optional for all stores in months 3-12, then mandatory at the year-1 mark. No big-bang switchover.
